I had a couple of negative feedbacks in the past but they had been successfully removed as the buyer's claims were pure BS.
Unfortunately I just received one and it looks like this one might be tricky. It's a heavily used second-hand item, sold for only £1, extremely cheap coz the condition isn't good. My pictures clearly covered all the angles, and it also mentioned the limescale residue, burnt marks on this item(a kettle).
The buyer made false claims saying:
-I described this item as used & good condition, which is a complete BS as I only put 'used'.
-Buyer complained the limescale residue is like 1 cm, and it's impossible to use. Another BS, my pictures clearly show the limescale issue and it's not like 1 cm. Not oven 1 mm.
-Then she claims my item to be an unbranded counterfeit of a famous brand. I actually stated it clearly that I forgot the brand of the item as it's purchased like 10 yrs ago. Also, this is just a popular design. I don't think the brand she mentioned has the copyright of it. 80% of this type of products all look more or less similar. Just picture the traditional moka pot by Bialetti, other brands manufacture similar design, which is octagon-shaped, but that doesn't mean they're counterfeit of Bialetti. Not to mention both two items don't look the same, also, another brand has a clear logo on it and mine has none.
After looking at the 3 reasons for feedback removal, I don't know which one is best for me to use. Any advice? Also, what are my chances?
