I really don’t know whats happening, please help if you can

I am 17 and this stuff started appearing on my leg. I have always had skin problems or my leg but this new stuff is starting to appear and idk what’s causing it. I don’t knkw if its my soap, lotion, or probably what I eat.

So in class for like two weeks, my teacher gave us practice writing and practice MCQs, and I did poorly on all the MCQs, which is irritating me because most of the time when I answer, I feel very sure of my answers but then I still fail. Is there anyone who has tips or good MCQ practices that can help improve my scores?
