Two therapy sessions in, I have learnt that my now ex-partner (33M) is an avoidant. If I am correct, we were in an anxious-avoidant relationship as he said I was controlling. So learning things about myself too!
Anyway, he ended our 10-year relationship with me 3 weeks ago and hid the fact that he slept with a co-worker (who he is now in a relationship with). I have been in contact with the females ex and it appears she also leans avoidant i.e. claiming she wishes that he cheated and broke up with her instead, no friends and just packs up her things and moves away when she has problems.
My ex keeps saying that him and the new girl are being transparent to each other - is he delusional/are they doomed?
