Hi everyone. I’m a professional Makeup Artist (HMUA) in the Philippines, and I’m currently stuck in what I can only call a "Technical Deadlock" with my 12-year-old account. I am losing hope and losing business.
The Situation:
• My account was suspended/locked for "Identity Verification."
• I paid for Meta Verified through a family member's linked account to get live support.
• The Glitch: When I open the support chat or the "Action Required" notification, the screen is completely blank. Nothing loads.
• On a laptop, it tells me to "Try Another Device" (specifically my phone), but my phone is the one showing the blank screen.
What I've tried so far:
Cleared cache/reinstalled apps.
Attempted to use a laptop browser (loops back to the "Try another device" error).
Reported the problem via "Shake to Report" multiple times.
Canceled the Meta Verified subscription through the Play Store/App Store to try and force a system reset.
Logged out of all sessions and am currently in a 24-hour "Ghosting" period to see if the servers reset.
The Impact:
This is my primary business account. I have graduation clients and weddings booked, and I cannot reach them. I have my ePhilID ready to go, but the system won't give me a place to upload it.
Has anyone found a way to bypass the "Action Required" blank screen? Is there a direct link or an email that actually bypasses the mobile app's broken UI?
