Boyfriend ('24 M') wants me('23 F') to Break contact to a Close friend ('24 '). How do i handle this ?
Hey Guys ! Me and my Boyfriend have been together for about 2 years . We also live together since a year and Everything is going Pretty well. I dont have many guy Friends so this has never been a topic in our Relationship before. The only Guy Friends i have are a Guy i Used to Work with and the one we will Talk abt now : i met him on a Work Trip 4 years ago and since then we often Went to Clubs together with our other Friends or Just went on walks and Talked. Never ever has there been anything more than Friends between us. 2 years ago He moved to another Country and got engaged . Since that we havent Met again but we Sometimes Update each other on our Lives . But with sometimes i mean every few Months. My Boyfriend told me He Had a weird Feeling Abt him and wants me to Break contact. I asked him so many Times and explained him that he even has a fiance but he still doenst understand it. I really try to understand His Side but If it would have been the Opposite i also would Not bother. I also tried to ask him how we can find a solution and was really understanding with him even if it didnt make Sense to me.For now we agreed that i Just dont answer His calls anymore but it honestly really Hurts me because He was and is a really good friend.
