Can someone explain the whole “death grip”/porn conditioning thing to me step-by-step? Like how does watching a lot of porn and masturbating actually affect sex in real life?

I always hear people say when a guy takes forever to finish, can’t finish during sex, loses sensitivity, or only finishes alone, it can be connected to porn or masturbation habits. But what exactly happens physically/mentally that causes that?

Genuinely asking because I don’t fully understand how that works.
