Hi , i am pretty good at what i do - been in final round of one of the role i liked. Everything was great - i was like this is the team i want to join but in end , the leader asking ratings for entire tenure felt like uneeded and made me uncomfortable especially if there is one more panel.

Has any one of you also felt like that or is it just me ? I want to work with leaders who see merit and not some politics driven ratings and judge me after 5 rounds of rigorous interviews :)
