WBS Charging: ACN Laptop Issues
Ask ko lang kung saan nyo po ba kayo nag ccharge ng WBS kapag nagka non compliance issue kayo sa ACN laptop nyo po? at yung mga admin or accenture related task like Tax Filing, saan kayo nag ccharge? sa amin kasi is sa project tasks namin pero nag cause ito ng bad metrics kasi it will take hours if not days. kapag pumupunta kami sa expresslane, hindi sya pinapa charge ng project namin, need to recover the 1 days lost or just file for leave. but we are working kasi nandun kami sa office, waiting for the expresslane staff to fix our issue. and yung sa tax, sa accenture naman yun nung pinadala kami sa ibang bansa.
i think these raises issues with ethics and financial concerns. and might be a violation in Labor Code kasi we are forced to work overtime to cover lost hours or asked to use our leaves. What do you guys think? may nakaranas na ba ng ganito?
