Ryanair stole from me
Location: UK, Northern Ireland
I'm in the UK - in March I bought 2 returd flights - Dublin-Paris. I also got an add-on airport transfer (to and from) in Paris, that was never booked or provided. For over 2 months I reached out to Looking4.com (their transfer partner) and Ryanair to no avail. Looking4.com advised Ryanair didn't make a booking and requested that they refund me back in March. Ryanair keeps telling me to contact Looking4.com and closing my cases. What can I do?
I am considering a chargeback, but am trying to avoid it for fear of being black-listed by them or have trouble boarding in the future. As much as I hate Ryanair, I have little choice, but to use them, they the only provider I can use for routes I need to take 1-2 times a year.
