Winter acceptance?

Hi! I’ve applied to several Jan 2027 intake programs, some of which I applied to as early as a month-a month and a half ago. I got one acceptance at a college I’ve applied to three different programs at today, is this normal or early? When can I expect the rest of the application decision letters to come through?

Wrote this email to my parents, don’t know if I should send it or not. Really just wanted to get it out there, maybe someone can relate and has some advice.

Edit:

Thanks everyone! I definitely think I needed someone to tell me my feelings were valid and I wasn’t crazy. I am in therapy and have been for years, I’m also quite successful and happy but it just feels sometimes like I just want to shake the shit out of them and force them to explain why they did what they did and why they act the way they act. Appreciate y’all so much!

Just sharing here. I was thinking of attending Humber and have a disability where I have flares so my mobility isn’t always guaranteed. Reached out to the accessibility department and they essentially said the only thing they could do for me is make my program part time. I’d asked if I could do anything that didn’t require being in person virtually to make sure I am abled to learn and they essentially just said no. While I know they aren’t technically in violation of the Human Rights Act, there’s no shot in hell that I’ll be giving this institution my money. Especially because the person I spoke to wasn’t even a little helpful or understanding. I just wanted to share this for others that may be experiencing similar things.
