THREE QUESTIONS:

When will DSE Admissions for PG Economics open? Scored 191, CW (not amongst the high priority guys), DU student.

Realistic to think of DSE or not?

Regardless, I can't seem to figure out the path for applying to the Uni ahead and don't even know when the applications will start? Can anyone give a step-by-step process forward?

What uni/course should I look into if not DSE? Assuming I'm not gonna go for AUD/BHU/State Universities. Amongst MSE/GIPE/IGIDR/IITs.
It really seems to me - from my research - that most IITs and other universities such as MSE don't actually consider CUET. If not then how do you actually get into them? MSE is open but I reckon IITs' exams are conducted already. Then...??
