Hello! I just passed the March 2026 MTLE, waiting for e-oath taking. Already applied to mt jobs since late March, pero I’ve been feeling hopeless dahil hanggang ngayon, wala pang sumasagot :/ I’m being pressured na din 😭

Now, I’m currently looking into applying as a Medical Coding Scholar, so I have concerns/questions about going to this path (or corporate). Would also appreciate answers from former fresh passers who chose to switch fields after the boards!

1. How are you and do you have regrets?
2. How is the training? Difficulties, failures, preparations, maintaining the scholarships, certification process, etc.
3. Location-wise, commuter-friendly? Biggest concern ko talaga ‘to. Distance is okay, since I’m already invited by a relative to live with her in Metro Manila naman, and either way, Bulacan is pretty near.
4. Are you in a better place po (?) Idk how to word this

😭 Work-life balance, lifestyle changes, pay, benefits, etc.

Asking for advice also for the application process if ever I proceed! Really want to earn na din :(
