So sorry if this a software thing but I posted this on r/techsupport and no one commented:

I was working when I laid my elbow on the keyboard, in the bottom left corner, then my screen seemed to refresh and now it looks like it has a white/grey filter over everything.

I have a PC with a AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with integrated graphics and I have Windows 11 (latest update). It's not a problem with my monitor or HDMI cable because I've tried them with my laptop, it looks fine. I did restart the computer and I looked into the display settings and everything seems alright. I have not the faintest idea of what happened.
