Hi in England
I’m moving abroad and was about to close my account and got asked for a review. Felt dodgy closing it at that time so sent all my statements and closed my claim after.

The claim closed fine, but I never got the “review complete” marker on my journal that others do when they close their claim does that mean it’s still ongoing?

I’ve since found out that there was meant to be a call to discuss my statements. If they need to will they call me even post closure?

Im trying to work out if I need to keep paying my British phone contract for them to contact me. I can’t see another way to update my new number now the claim has closed
