For those who got 10+ in CELPIP Writing task.
I am studying for CELPIP and using Claude AI and PrepAmigo for practice. It seems that I am unable to get a score higher than 9 in writing.
My question is for people who got 10+ in the writing task.
What is the actual level of writing is expected from you to get 10+ band?

Dear Co-living Building Manager,
I want to bring to your attention an issue we are currently facing with common areas.
Recently, many neighbors have had partners staying several nights in a row which makes common areas crowded and sometimes noisy. For example, yesterday the kitchen was crowded and it made me miss my breakfast or else I would have been late to work.
Furthermore, upon reviewing the lease agreement, the current guidelines briefly mention guests and are unclear on whether guests should be using the shared amenities. As already mentioned above, due to lack of clear guidelines this creates tension and makes the common areas sometimes unusable.
Finally, I would like to suggest refined guidelines for these situations. For starters, the shared areas like kitchen or lounge should only be used by residents living in the building. Guests who are staying several nights in a row should consider using the cafeteria which is located near the garden, furthermore the lounge may be used by guests but only during specific hours and up to three days.
I believe that the suggested guidelines above will be helpful.
