▲ 225 r/kittens

My husband works at a car place (technician) and this guy came in because he had a cat trapped in his fender so he got the kitten out and none of the guys at work would take her so he brought her home. Not sure if we can keep her yet but she's very very little, so at the very least, we're gonna hold onto her for another week to determine whether we can get a shelter to take her or if I can find a friend/colleague to take her, since she's very very little.

That being said, with how small she is, I have no idea how old she is. I think anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks, probably on the younger side because she's moving around, but is still unstable. She's eating wetfood with no issue but doesnt quite understand the concept of water.

Any thoughts? Recommendations? I'm wanting to bring her to a vet asap, but rent is due this week so I'm extremely strapped for cash. Do I need to be doing something specific because of how small she is? I've been feeding her every 3-4 hours, she's using the litter box and does a lot of sleeping.

Thanks in advance!
