I’m in the market for a used Porsche Taycan and trying to figure out where the real value sweet spot is.
For those of you who own one or have done the research:
- Is there a specific model year that’s noticeably better than others? (updates, reliability, tech, etc.)
- Are early models (2020–2021) worth it now or should I aim newer?
- Which trim gives the best value? (RWD vs 4S vs Turbo)
- Any “must-have” options that make a big difference in daily driving or resale?
- Anything you wish you knew before buying?
I’m mainly trying to avoid overpaying for features that don’t matter, but also don’t want to cheap out and miss something important.
Would appreciate any real-world insight — ownership experience, depreciation thoughts, or what you’d buy again (or avoid).
