Hi,

I recently made an order at Swiggy 2 hours ago and when my delivery partner reached the restaurant he saw it was closed and no one was there , promptly the order was cancelled.

I raised the complaint in support chat following which started the annoying ritual of asking AI CHAT bot too connect me to a support executive.

I was connected to the executive 45 minutes later who also said I am connecting you to higher supervisor who also didn't come and then i closed the chat as I was frustrated.

Can somebody tell what are the legal actions available to me?
