TL;DR - punishment ideas for loosing pickleball

I’m going on a double date with my best friend, her bf and my bf, and we’re going to play pickle ball. Whoever loses gets assigned a punishment by the other team (which will be me and my best friend) Does anyone have any ideas? I need some good ones that are a little humiliating lmao + that we don’t have to buy or go anywhere for etc.
