Eczema, psoriasis, or something else? This is how it looks on a “good” day 🫠

Is this just eczema? The skin does itch and bubble and then gets so tight it splits. I’ve used hydrocortisone and every moisturizer known to man.

I’m sad because my wedding is in a few weeks and my hands are so swollen I can’t wear my ring. I don’t want them to look like this in my pictures 😪

I have a derm appointment but they can’t see me until the end of the month.
