Something is off about my vag
Help.
So someone slipped a condom off mid coitus without my consent but did not penetrate me. It was a few seconds. He kept losing his erection. It was mostly fingering but he was also aggressive with it. All deeply traumatic.
By March I had a crazy itch that had me freak me out. It was right before my period and stopped during then continued a day or two after.
Took a fluconazole and it went away. I ended up getting RSV and had an intense bout of antibiotics.
Next thing you know, I was certain it was yeast but it was all external. I had Clotrimazole and Clob due to my lichens schlerous diagnosis years prior. I did some boric acid suppositories and it gave me a huge break.
My LS felt like it was in remission since 2022. My LS Manifested years ago as little cuts on my outer labia nothing in the inner or vagina. They all went away with treatment.
Fast forward to now the itch comes and goes randomly not frequent like it did before in Mid March early april and i get so much relief with the clotrimazole clob combo. I feel the skin on my perinum changing its thicker and has been itching a bit. Nothing but i’m worried. Late april early may. For the past few weeks I had to wash more like i have dead skin now. Like when you sit in the tub for hours and rub your skin and it leaves residue on your fingers. I never had this. I have no lesions only if i itched the area. No bumps. Just redness sometimes and a dry vag.
When i use the clob I don’t have this dead skin residue.
I have been a lot stressed a lot lately due to losing my job. No job no insurance. I am not as sexually active it was a one time thing with someone I thought wasn’t a predator.
my period has been normal the past three cycles no itching. I didn’t experience burning. Like things were normal until a day ago, I just get a random bout of itch if I scratch it too hard it stings. A lil diaper ointment it’s instant relief. sometimes on my perineum or inner labia.
Nothing strange about the vagina visually.
I also cannot use any washes anymore. I stuck to warm water. Only my outer labia gets soap.
