I am a 18 year old going through masturbation addiction and the bigger doubt is that i jerk off in the side sleeping positionand whenever i am about to ejaculate i squeeze my knees tight against each other to stop ejaculation and not to make a mess guys please help and tell me if is it harmful or no

Im a school student with a phone addiction and my sleep schedule is very fucked up i go to sleep at 3-4 am and wake up at 6, get back home by 2:30 and go back to sleep at 3 till 6-7pm

I my sleep schedule used to be 10pm-6am and i want it back
