Day 7, 20 y/o

Get urges multiple times a day, the streak prevents me from relapsing

But everytime I take a cold shower, I get an erection and I can't stop imagining a hot girl showering next to me

I have never showered with anyone before, but can't stop imagining

20 y/o, wasted 4 yrs

Started 10 days ago, relapsed on day 4 (6 days ago)....

Thoughts r there every hour, morning cold shower

Worked out: bench press, pull ups

Have my semester finals in 3 days, yet urge is distracting me..... How to stop the thoughts and shift focus to studying

Also struggle with doomscrolling
