So I purchased an item from mecari Japan using Buyee and had it delivered today. When I grabbed the package I noticed it was suspiciously light and so I opened it and the product packaging and the item is completely missing. For context I bought a Kamen rider item and the seller listed it as new and unopened. When I got the item it was clearly resealed and the seller sent like that. I contacted Buyee and told them the situation and sent proof of me not receiving it and they told me they couldn’t do anything because the standard plan can’t verify new items which is super frustrating since the item was resealed. The item was also $300 in total which makes it upsetting that buyee is doing this. I used standard plan on both the item and shipping.
