I will be turning 33 this year, and my last job was terminated due to failing to adapt after a year.

My last job was very fast-paced but the company was high-pressure, “work hard, play harder” environment and rotation was extremely high. During my year, my team rotated a lot (5 out of 10) and even the CEO and CFO were fired. I felt I was going fine. I did not feel I was doing things wrong (handed things in due time). Did not uderstand why I was fired but I am afraid of having this throughout my career (my first job I stayed for 4 years and my second through 3 years)
