Is there any cure for muscular constipation

I get prescribed stool softeners and laxatives but it just turns my stool into liquid and small pieces that my body doesn’t push out. I think I’m dealing with gastroparysis particularly in the start of my colon. I’m new to this community and found the aloe protocol.

Has anyone had fecal impaction for a long time?

I’ve been dealing with off/on constipation symptoms for years now. While I have regular bowel movements almost daily I never feel like I’m fully evacuated and have had increasing discomfort in my right side of my abdomen where I assume my colon starts. I’ve had hard, stools, blood, pain, extreme bloating and I don’t know why I just assumed everything was fine and was taking dr Schulz intestinal formula #1 for a long time but I stopped for the last 3 months and really couldn’t tell a difference in my bm frequency although I had less diarrhea and felt less need to regurgitate my food.
