Did anyone open a 2nd shop as a result of the 1st.

I have opened a shop selling party stationery - birthdays atm. But I have an idea for branding and how I wanted it to run through my mockups and invites. As a result I'm creating my own mockups and clip art for the invites. I think im getting to a stage where I have enough of them to genuinely open a 2nd store. I'm still finding my feet with my 1st and haven't made any sales yet. Wondering if anyone else has been in this position and opened a 2nd store?

If so, how did it go?
