Just finished my move from WooCommerce to Shopify and the transition has been mostly smooth except for handling post-purchase changes. On Woo, I had a simple setup where customers could just fix their own address typos or swap a variant for a few minutes after ordering, but I can't find a native way to do this here. Most advice I've found online just boils down to hiring a VA but I don't think I'm at the capacity to do that right now.

Hey guys, I've just started running an ecom store a week ago. I've been doing a lot of research on strategies and advice that experienced people have for beginners. However most of them are regarding ads, branding, and product dev. Because of that, I think I'm a bit out of depth when it comes to the non-marketing side (Maybe the operational side?).

Would really love some advice regarding some non-marketing things for a beginner, thanks a lot!
