I want to ask about something I’ve been experiencing. I keep having dreams that later happen in real life, and it’s mentally exhausting. Sometimes I dream about something happening to people I know, including my friends, and then it actually happens a day later. I don’t understand why this keeps happening, especially since it’s happened many times with different people. Could this be related to stress or something psychological? Because the things I see in my dreams often turn out to be real later.
