I never thought I’d consider leaving America, but I was raised partially overseas (Hong Kong) & I miss non-American life. I always thought I’d have a chance to travel & live somewhere else for a year or two but haven’t. If I think hard about where I might like to raise a family—keep in mind I’m beautiful & willing to date around for a foreign husband ;) lol jk—I think about England, Australia, or even Hawaii off the mainland because it’s much safer.
My requirements are:
- safer than mainland America
- speaks English
- decently warm/not 8 months of winter
Have family in London & Cairo, I speak a bit of French, & am southeast Asian so I like Singapore-style countries (in terms of ethos & intelligence). I know this is broad but a girl can dream! America is so cooked!! My friends have escape plans like my Italian-American friend got her dual Italian passport because of her nonna & I just haven’t ever had a Plan B. My parents traveled a lot & lived overseas & met in a 3rd country that was neither of their own home country. I just miss the way non-Americans think & live.
