I’m working with my venue (at a restaurant, 70 guests) on the seating chart and I don’t know what vendors usually prefer for their dinner at the wedding.

I can put a table in for just the four of them (day of coordinators, painter, photographer) within the private dining room with us or do they usually prefer a more quiet room instead? Should I ask the restaurant if they have a table in the main restaurant for them or near the bar area?
