Can this get a 10?

I just recently found out a PSA 10 of this goes kinda crazy so I considered sending it

Pic 2: the one thing that bothers me are the rough edges here. Could that affect the grade?

Opinions before I send it

I've been been told it's a solid 9, with a slight chance to be a 10 too. It's been kinda hard to find an app on android so I just used my ruler and eyeballed it, came out 55/45 on front. Can I have some thoughts before I send it?
