“I’ve been thinking a lot about how most jobs would run smoother if the people actually doing the work had more of a say in things. People are afraid of starting a union but I’m not. Come get me panda police. I’m a union of one and since I’m the only one in this union I vote myself president. We all deal with the same stuff every day, and nothing really changes unless folks talk to each other and figure out what we want. It signals to the players, the league, and the fans that "fine" is no longer the standard in Orlando. Let’s open up the interviews, find our version of Spoelstra or Kerr, and finally start acting like a blue-chip franchise. Pull the cord.
