I’m sure many of you feel or have felt this. My fiancé (32m) and i (29f) have been together in LDR for 7 years. I got lucky, I found my person as I was exiting college so we got to celebrate many milestones together. Circumstances have been delaying our goal to close the distance and it breaks my heart watching us living life 4999 miles apart. Friends and family are great support systems, but they don’t really understand the struggles nor do I expect them to. Nonetheless, we’re relentlessly working to close the distance, just here to express how frustrating the wait is.
