A few days ago my delivery driver from a local shop stole my order. I know they stole my order because they didn’t cancel the tracking and I watched them go to there house then cancel it. They then ordered a delivery and I asked them not to knock and I gave them date of birth and code over text which is against the rules of the app. Do I report it and say it got stolen? I didn’t report it the first time because I didn’t know what to do but now I do.

TLDR: my driver stole my order once and this time they delivered it to my door against tos of the app. Should I say it got stolen and get the refund?
