Does anyone know what is going on

I have had a flu since the 22nd of April got meds and it got better but not fully gone last week I started to notice a tight heavy feeling in my chest then the dull ache started and now I have random sharp pains when I take deep breaths. For the past couple of days I have experienced some bubbling sensation in my chest but I am not coughing😭😭😭 does anyone know what is going on?
