My CA/SNAP recert deadline was February 28.

Completed the recert form/interview on 2/10

Submitted all required docs on 2/12 (docs marked RECEIVED on AccessHRA)

Doc submission deadline 3/3

Checked HRA website regularly

“No docs required” message on 4/3

ALL docs required as of 4/6

So I’m assuming that the documents were viewed by a worker and then deemed insufficient, requiring resubmission.

*****Received both CA/SNAP in MARCH

CA for APRIL already disbursed and will be available next week.

So the question is : Why didn’t SNAP payout for April? Is it due to the resubmission issue? Or ABAWD?

I’m still coded as NON-ABAWD in accessHRA even though I currently meet criteria to be considered ABAWD. Thoughts? Thanks in advance

Did anyone transfer to a new department due to WPB. How did it go? I decided not to because it wouldn’t have solved anything. Most employees in other departments had complaints too If the leadership enables a toxic culture and punishes people or calls them “troublemakers” when they speak up then it may not be worth it to stay. I remember someone stating thet they went to their union for help gave the Union rent documentation and the rep forwarded those documents TO the managers who were being complained about. So in that case they were just like HR. Total waste of time

Good afternoon. I completed the recertification and phone interview on the same day inFebruary and was given a deadline of 3/10 to submit required documents I did ALL of that prior to the doc submission deadline. Today I checked AccessHRA and now each checklist item shows that ALL of the documents are needed AGAIN even though so submitted them and I received an auto generated HRA documentation receipt which shows the dates that I originally submitted the documents. At this point I just just want to close the case. Tired of it all. Calling HRA is a
