Woke up to feathers all over the yard. Body was gone but this is what’s left behind … any ideas ? Ojai California.

Started some grain jars about 3 days ago w syringe. They’re showing some pretty aggressive mycelium already ( p Natalensis ) up top but this jar has a dark spot I noticed. Does this look like contamination or a spore clump? Should I keep it isolated from my others jars and wait it out? I know mega nat is know to be pretty resilient when its comes to resisting contam
