2 months as RSS
Its been like 7 weeks since ive been hired as my stores rss and honestly its definitely worse than I thought. Its not even my coworkers there pretty great actually, but god is retail management fucking terrible.
I didn't know Amazon returns would be our most trafficed service (other than print) but like most retail business there aren't enough hours to run it properly, i don't understand how they don't just combine Ipostal, Amazon and everything to do with UPS into a shipping specialist position so they dont take away from the print or other departments time
And speaking of print Holy Fuck i hate the self service printers ive seen multiple times people just standing!! In front of the printers not even trying to do it themselves, ive never seen such entitlement its fucking disgusting and along with how old those printers are which means they malfunction alot it makes me wanna avoid print like the plague
And now the part thats most annoying is my job, I have no idea how they expect me to sell so many protection plans especially in this economy, ive literally been told to basically harass customers about it when they're getting a laptop or printer its feels terrible having to ask "are you sure?" Several times in one transaction
All in all I don't think i can keep doing this customers sucks, the goals suck I definitely don't get paid enough, i can see why the guy before me quit so abruptly
