I made a "Top 100" ranking list: Top 100 Highest Rated Songs from Low Rated Albums (anything with a 2.50 average or less) from RYM!
The list consists of the ranking of each song, the date, the album its linked to alongside some data, the average, the amount of ratings for the song, and a formula result.
Some notes/criteria of the list:
The album must have a 2.50 average or less. Even albums with a 2.51 were not included on this list.
The song must have at least 100 or more ratings
All the data for the songs were based on their song page, which also determined its relation to the album. (This is why a song like witchblades is connected to the EVERYBODY'S EVERYTHING album despite technically being released earlier in a different project, which has a different page. This is also how a song like Kiss Me Thru The Phone wasn't eligible since it's connected to the single page, not to the "iSouljaBoyTellEm" project.)
I used a formula made from a user on RYM to sort out the rankings. Basically it takes into account the popularity/ratings of a song more than just the average.
This was made through the process of using the Popular filter on the charts and looking through every album with a 2.50 or less average and seeing if any songs had at least a 3.5 or above average. I stopped by the time I was looking through albums with 300 ratings where I figured there weren't gonna be any more songs with the necessary rating amount. Yes, that was a huge process and I'm sure there was probably an easier way to do this, but alas here we are lol.
Finally, some songs that barely missed the cut due to not being eligible to make it:
DJ Khaled - Nas Album Done (Song had a 3.78/5.00 average but only had 99 ratings)
Jennifer Lopez - Love Don't Cost a Thing (Song had a 3.69/5.00 but only had 98 ratings)
Nickelback - Feed the Machine (Song had a 3.59/5.00 with 119 ratings, but the album had a 2.51. I know, I was stingy about this lol)
