How could I neat up the edging of this bib? I can’t cut any closer otherwise embroidery will fray! And advice would would be appreciated 😁

My bobbin fill is showing on top. I read it’s to do with tension however how do you know if it’s top or bottom and whether it’s too tight or too loose? With the muslin I did the lower design with super stable stabiliser and top one I done with super strong stabiliser with wash away on top to see if will help. But I haven’t a clue to know what’s tight or what’s lose if it’s lower or upper. My tension for upper thread is set at 4. My machine also makes like a rattle noises everytime that happens it’s when the bobbin fill is showing through. Any advice would be appreciated.

What’s the best way to cut this. I’ve cut out one already and it’s so difficult and if get too close it’ll fray however it needs to be close as it won’t look neat? Any tips would be appreciated!

Also where can I get a grid for my hoop which is singer9185 model 170mm 100mm
