Hi Folks! It was a long but not so long journey finding my first automatic watch. I had my eyes on several pricier brands and models, but then I thought about Seiko. I knew the “classic” 5 Sports models but they were a bit too basic for me. So I discovered the SSK001 which is the perfect match for me! It is my daily driver and has the perfect size for my wrist (19,5 cm/7.6 in) and looks sporty yet classy. My first and definitely not my last Seiko! Glad to Joyn the community!

What are your thoughts on this model?

Years ago, I got my first Apple Watch, a series 5. After years of wearing normal watches and even a Garmin, I’m glad to announce that I love my AWU and I’m happy that there is a community with people loving there’s too!
