I have a trip booked from Thursday October 29 - Saturday November 7 at Port Orleans French Quarter with my wife and 4 kids. We will be doing Epcot, HS, AK and MK (twice). We have 8 dinner restaurants we are going to book (in the parks we decided in Mexico in Epcot, skipper canteen, sci-fi dine in, yak and yeti). Ohana at Poly, and in Disney springs, T Rex, Boathouse and Art Smith’s homecoming. We have one more we need to book. Should we eat at Boaterights in Riverside or take the boat to Disney springs for something better? Would you recommend The Edison or another restaurant with young kids in Disney Springs that would be a better option than Boatwrights? Thanks!

We booked a trip to Port Orleans Riverside from October 29 - November 7. We are thinking of changing/upgrading to animal kingdom lodge since it shows Riverside will be under refurbishment. What is the closest room/building/area to the main lobby and transportation? Also does AKL have connecting rooms because we will be going with family? Thanks.
