workout duration and feedback
How long does your workout take? and how are you after? I mean level of fatigue, pump or tiredness.
based on type of workout
for example when I train endurance I feel my muscles heavy and swole, but when I train strength I feel less muscular fatigue and more "mental" fatigue like low reacitivity or similar.
Feel free to comment or tell me if I wasn't clear. any suggestion helps (even with my english lol)
