Is it just my store or is everyone else asking the customer specifically for a rating of 10? My manager wants us to do that for every patient with a survey ID. I tried protesting by telling my manager that it should be up to the customer what they give us and it’s uncomfortable to ask every patient.

He said regardless of what we think thats how he wants it done cause some other manager advised him this.
