Glock 43x. See above. Is it ever discounted? Do Radian or third parties ever run sales?

I am a rather new 43x MOS owner. I want to get as proficient with my irons before adding an optic. I will eventually add one. Probably a Holosun.

That being said, I want better irons. Specifically, I think night sights are in order.

My questions are:

a) What made and model do you recommend

b) what specifications (notch - u vs. square, color, tritium, etc)

c) do I get them optic ready? Do I then lock my self into a specific optic? if so, 1/3 cowitness? 1/5?
