day 2 - weird withdrawals

hey guys! it’s my second day of sobriety. at certain times, i feel slightly high even though i haven’t smoked at all!

i’ve heard somewhere that THC still releases in ur blood for a bit and can cause the feeling of you being high after you’ve smoked.

i was wondering if anyone else experienced this as a withdrawal symptom?

edit 5/8/26: hello everyone. it’s now day 2 and my first full day without a single hit. i’m doing much better now than i was when i posted this yesterday. my stomach cramps have subsided and i kept down and entire smoothie. i’m even craving scrambled eggs.

thank you everyone for your kind words and support. i will return to this post any time it gets hard. i’ll try to update again and again as i progress. weed doesn’t control your life, you do.

hi everyone. i’m a 20 female who’s been smoking daily since 16. im now experiencing prodromal CHS symptoms and im attempting to quit once again for good. i’ve tried multiple times over the years but i always go back after 7-10 days bc the symptoms and not eating is unbearable.

i have the worst experiences with gut issues because of the mix between withdrawal and CHS. i can’t tell anyone in my family about this so it’s horrendous not eating correctly and being sick all the time. i know i can get through this but i can’t do it alone.

this is a withdrawal after 5 years. it will be rough. please leave tips and words of encouragement. also, does anyone know approximately how long it’ll stay in my system with this timeline?

hey guys! based on what i’ve read here i’m 99.9999% sure im in the prodromal phase of CHS. i have absolutely horrendous hunger pangs in the morning, intense sweats and chills after eating without smoking, and an overall lightheaded and nauseous feeling.

i’ve tried to quit many times throughout the years but not being able to properly eat makes it impossible. i’m wondering if anyone has experienced microdosing each day to combat this and ultimately overcome it.

i have a pen rn, and im wondering if i just hit it once a day to start, if it will help with the pain the withdrawal and CHS combine cause.

any tips are appreciated and thank you in advance
