Primary Color Man

Look at this shit & tell me it's scary. It's not. It's just the typical guy with big eyes & smile who's gonna get you. It's really obvious that it's made for kids too, what with the bright colors & wacky flailing arms. The only scary on-model art of him is the last image, & it's not even really that bad, just uncomfortable. He falls into ALL the analog "horror" tropes I thought we were done with by now & I honestly just don't have anything to say. Horror in general nowadays, at least from my experience, just feels watered-down with cheap jumpscares as the scariest moments, & nothing that actually puts you on edge or sticks with you afterwards, with the only exception I've seen recently being that new Local58 video. Watch it if you haven't because it's actually really good. [As is all of Local58 but never mind that.]
