I recently saw a post on here about someone ordering CH Pills III from Jimi for $122 USD just for the frames.
Thought I’d try finding a trusted manufacturer on 1688 instead. I came across Shenzhen McLaren, the process was super easy and it took 2 days for them to get frames and add my prescription lenses.
The frames were around $74 and the photochromic lenses were another $28, so roughly $102 total.
I’m still a bit skeptical though, as they are claiming it’s silver and of course I can’t check until I have them in hand. The writing on Jimi’s frames looks cleaner and more accurate compared to these.
These are the photos they sent me, what do you guys think? Did I mess up going with 1688, or are these decent for the price? Next time should I just stick with Jimi?
I’m looking to improve the straightness of my teeth again. I’ve had braces in the past, and I also tried at-home aligners a few years ago (the company isn’t around anymore).
Recently I’ve noticed my teeth starting to shift slightly, so I’m considering Invisalign.
Do you think I’d be a good candidate for a shorter or quicker treatment plan? I’d really appreciate any opinions or advice, especially from people who’ve been in a similar situation.
