

Yesterday’s roast
Lamb shanks braised in red wine on wild garlic mash, maple & cumin carrots, honey & mustard parsnips, homemade yorkies. Pudding was a homemade milky bar cheesecake with a biscoff base & crumb. Shoved some caramel swirls on it too. 😍
